F - FREQUENCY
The client is the one that chooses frequency, and that lets us know how much time we have with you. Do you have one day a week, two, three, more?
I - INTENSITY
This is what we know; how hard we can push you with different exercises.
T - TIME
This is client-driven. Do you have 20 minutes, or an hour?
T - TYPE OF EXERCISE
This is what we know; we create balanced fitness plans combining cardiovascular, and strength and resistance training combined with nutrition.
Combining these together creates a comprehensive, mutually built plan. If you tell us what your baseline is, we’ll get you there. If you’re willing to put the time in for your wishlist goal, we’ll get you there too — and we’re super excited about it.
NO LONG TERM CONTRACTS
We don’t believe in signing contracts or minimum booking. We believe in working with our clients, and we know that lives are busy and can be hard to plan. Our clients return to us because they get results, not because they’re trapped in a membership plan.
EASY APPOINTMENT BOOKING
Clients have access to an online appointment portal. You can make (or change or cancel) appointments up to 24 hours before. Our trainers are busy, and this policy is to ask clients to be courteous and respectful of our trainers’ time.
