30 years later: how's it look?
A new twist on the TBT… I decided to take a photo from today and compare it - same posture and everything - to a photo of myself from college (I’ve spared you my hairstyle from back then!).
If you are still on the fence about exercise and proper nutrition, post a picture of yourself from thirty years ago and ask yourself (not including hair or fashion ;)), would you feel okay with that post? What about a photo from today? I can’t say whether or not I look better between 1985 and 2015…but I love how I feel and I love what I do.
