People see your strengths

Fitness became a part of my life in high school, and I never looked back. I ended up getting a D1 soccer scholarship. I remember asking my coach what he thought of me as a player, and he said, “Here’s what I like about you Robert. If I tell you take care of #4, I don’t have to worry about #4.”

That meant a lot to me -- that my coach, and my fellow teammates, could count on me. I knew I was a trustworthy player who would doggedly achieve my goals.

What are things your coach, fitness or otherwise, would be proud of you for? What can they count on you for, and how does that make you feel?
